茶會 | Japanese Tea & Chinese Tea Gatherings -Kanako Yoshida Solo Exhibition-

Gallery tete 將於 11 月 21 日（六）起，為陶藝家吉田香楠子舉辦個人展覽。
配合本次展期，我們特別舉辦兩場特別的茶會。
平日對日本茶深深喜愛的吉田女士，一直以來亦傾注心力創作茶器。
在日本茶會中，將由吉田女士親自執壺，使用其親手製作的茶器，為大家沖泡 3 款日本茶。從手揉茶、萎凋煎茶及和紅茶焙製而成的焙茶，邀您一同細味不同製茶工藝所孕育出的豐富香氣與層次。
茶席中的茶菓子，更由「嶋ゞ」特別為本次茶會量身訂製。隨四時流轉、映照季節風物的菓子與日本茶交織出的雅致滋味，亦是此次茶席的一大期待。
此外，在中國茶會中，我們特別邀請了「茶水標」主理人——茶人 Lui 主持茶席。屆時同樣將使用吉田女士的茶器，沖泡兩款風味各異的白茶，讓大家在慢慢的氛圍中，細細感受白茶特有的細緻香氣與醇潤滋味。
不僅止於靜心賞器，更希望大家能在泡茶、品茗的流動時光裡，切身感受吉田女士茶作的美感與趁手觸感。

Starting Saturday, November 21, Gallery tete is delighted to present a solo exhibition by ceramic artist Kanako Yoshida.
To coincide with the exhibition, we will be hosting two special tea gatherings.
A devoted lover of Japanese tea, Yoshida pours immense dedication into the creation of teaware.

For the Japanese Tea Gathering, Yoshida herself will serve as host, using her handcrafted teaware to brew three distinct Japanese teas. From hand-rolled tea (temomi-cha) and Withered Sencha to Roasted Japanese Black Tea (Wakoucha Hojicha), guests will be invited to savor the rich aromas and flavors shaped by each unique craft method.

The accompanying confections have been specially crafted for this occasion by Shimajima (嶋ゞ). The seasonal sweets, thoughtfully paired with the tea, are another highlight of this gathering.
For the Chinese Tea Gathering, we are honored to welcome tea master Lui, founder of “Tea Water Build” (茶水標).
Using Yoshida’s teaware, Lui will brew two distinct varieties of white tea, allowing guests to savor their delicate aromas and nuanced depths at an unhurried pace.

Beyond appreciating the vessels on display, we hope that through the living ritual of brewing and tasting, you can truly experience the understated beauty and tactile grace of Kanako Yoshida’s work.
